About Us

How Fair Way Dynasty Began, and What Still Drives Us

Fair Way Dynasty began with one clear idea: learning golf should feel relaxed, open, and comfortable for everyone. When our founder arrived in London, they kept hearing the same concerns again and again: "I'm too rusty, I'll embarrass myself," or "I'm worried the coach will get annoyed if I ask something basic." After one easy afternoon practising with a friend — laughing about a "perfect shot" kind of day — that small experience slowly turned into a real plan: create golf sessions where people can show up exactly as they are and never feel judged, hurried, or out of place.

At the start, Fair Way Dynasty was simple and small: one straightforward booking set-up and a handful of early players who wanted to give it a try. This first group was not the "usual" crowd many people imagine in golf. One person had never had coaching, another was a busy parent who wanted to learn without losing an entire day, and a quieter new player was trying to rebuild confidence after years of on-and-off practice. Instead of strict orders and cold instruction, our founder kept the pace calm, used simple language, and treated mistakes as a normal part of learning. There were smiles, a few drills that needed another go, and plenty of "let's do that again, slowly" moments — and that is where the real heart of Fair Way Dynasty was formed.

From that point, our little golf community grew naturally. More people joined, and we brought in coaches who believe in the same style: be patient, be respectful, and help players in a practical, honest way. Our coaches are not here to fire quick tips at you and leave you to figure it out alone. They stay involved, break each lesson into clear sections, and explain things until you genuinely feel comfortable with what you are practising. Whether you want stronger fundamentals, more consistent results, regular training, or simply a steady weekly routine in London, we shape the coaching around your rhythm rather than pushing you into one strict method.

Today, Fair Way Dynasty feels less like a formal academy and more like a friendly place to learn and improve. Families realise that being a beginner is completely normal — because what matters is leaving a little better each time. Players finally start the routine they have been putting off for months — sometimes even years. Friends book lessons together and turn it into a weekly stop they honestly look forward to. For us, success is not only a "perfect" swing on paper. Real success is that quiet moment when someone finishes a session and thinks, "I didn't expect golf to feel this simple and friendly — but now it does." That feeling is what keeps us moving, and we would love to help you build your own calm golf routine here in London with Fair Way Dynasty.
